Extra services

1) Infectious disease control room.

All of our windows are able to open, different from a small business hotel. In addition to normal cleaning and sterilization work, we thoroughly move in at least 3 days after the previous resident moves out. (Cannot be enter with shoes)

2) Easily move from the airport by car

You can avoid crowded movements to get to your accommodation. * Public transportation cannot be used, so use the airport transfer service.

3) Safe stay support even during the quarantine period

We can also provide food, procure daily necessities, arrange delivery orders (* additional cost will be charged), and provide information on long-term rental properties after quarantine. (* every room has daily necessities)

4) Effective use of time

During your stay, you can watch dramas and movies at a glance, and of course WIFI is available. After confirming negative PCR test

As a general rule, public transportation cannot be used, so the airport transfer service will transfer you to your reserved place. * Depending on the location, the car may not be able to arrival in front of the building.

If you have any problems during your 14-day stay, we will support you. We also provide information on properties that will stay for a long time during your stay in Japan, as well as non-face-to-face previews. * We will respond flexibly to the timing of moving in and contract support.

  • Affected by the COVID, the government has called for "strengthening border measures" and requires entrant to wait for 14 days.

    Target

    ・ Please take the following actions for all people entering from all countries / regions.
    □ Secure a place to stay for 14 days from the day after entry
    □ Secure a means of transportation such as family car, rental car, hire, etc. from the arrival airport to the place of stay without using public transportation.
    (At Narita Airport and Haneda Airport, a quarantine shuttle bus runs to hotels around the airport.)
    □ Register the place to stay after entering Japan and the means of transportation from the airport, etc. at the quarantine station.

    ・ Those who have stayed in the “Immigration Refusal Area (* 1)” based on the Immigration Control Act
    □ Be tested for the COVID 19
    □ In principle, wait in the space inside the airport or in the facility designated by the quarantine station until the inspection result is obtained (Fukuoka Airport is excluded for the time being).
    □ * Currently, the test method has been changed from PCR test to antigen test, so the test results are available in 2 to 3 hours.
    (The situation changes depending on the congestion situation)

    ● 13 new countries (Note) have been added to the areas subject to immigration refusal (Japanese nationals are not eligible).
    * The immigration denial measures will be implemented for the time being for those who arrive in Japan after midnight on August 30th.

If you have been to COVID-19 hotspot within 14 days, please stay in the apartment and avoiding going outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
Regarding to the cleaning, we will also sanitize the door knob, toilet and ventilate the whole apartment.

Public Space

In order to protect customers from infectious diseases, we use “ethanol-based” or “hypochlorous acid-based” disinfectants to conduct priority sterilization cleaning at the following areas where the fingers often touch.Door knobs, switches (lighting, elevator, air conditioner, toilet), TV remote control, table, chair, sofa, menu, cushion, toilet seat, wash basin faucet, etc.
