The Company shall conclude contracts regarding personal information protection with outsourcing partners and provide appropriate supervision.

- Contract-related information: 10 years after contract termination
- Occupancy screening information: 1 year after screening completion (if no contract is concluded)
- Inquiry information: 3 years after response completion
- Marketing information: Until consent withdrawal
