FAQ about Monthly Apartments
A It is a furnished rental property available for short-term contracts from 30 days to 11 months. Since the stay period is short, there is no need for a guarantor or tenant screening.
A After moving out, cleaning is performed to return the room to its original condition. The cost will be charged with the initial invoice. If there is damage to the room requiring restoration (repairs, etc.), additional charges may apply. This is not the cost for regular room cleaning during your stay. Even if you clean the room yourself before moving out, this fee will still be charged.
A No problem. Please fill out our designated application form and provide your Residence Card, Passport, or other identification documents.
A Basically, smoking is not allowed in common areas either. If cigarette odor remains in the room, it may inconvenience the next guest. In such cases, additional charges will be billed.
A The landlord will handle the start-up procedures for water, gas, and electricity. You only need to pay a fixed daily fee.
A In principle, a guarantor is not required. (Limited to those residing in Japan with stable income, etc.)
A If you lose your key, we can rent you a replacement during office hours (10:00–17:00).
First, please contact our customer support (03-5759-5974). After following the instructions, transfer the rental fee of 3,300 yen in advance and visit our office. If delivery to the property is required, an additional 5,000 yen service fee will be charged.
If the key is not found within one week after rental, a separate key replacement fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) or more will be charged.
A Since monthly apartments are considered temporary housing, you generally cannot register your residence. However, for contracts longer than three months, some properties may allow consultation.
FAQ about Furnished Rentals
A The tenant is responsible for arranging water, gas, and electricity start-up. Please confirm in advance. Note that gas start-up requires your presence on the moving day.

A If the property allows pets, it is basically possible. However, restoration costs upon move-out will apply. Please inform us in advance if you have or plan to have pets. Non-refundable deposits may be required.

A It means an emergency contact. In case the tenant cannot be reached, we require contact details of a person living in Japan (family/company) or your family abroad.
