Usage Process
Room Inquiry
Please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form, entering your name, email address, and other required information. Please feel free to contact us about even simple matters.
Availability Check
We will confirm whether rooms are available for your planned usage dates and contact you via email or phone through our specialized staff.
Application
Please apply for your planned usage dates through our dedicated form or by phone.
Screening
Please prepare identification documents (copy of ID, or in the case of corporations, corporate registration certificate, etc.) and send them via email. (For foreign nationals, passport copy, etc.) We may decline occupancy based on screening results. Please understand that we cannot disclose details about the screening process.
Contract
You will enter into a fixed-term lease contract. Our staff will send you the contract, so please fill in the required information and sign.
Check-in ~ Key Handover
Check-in guidance will be provided to your registered contact information 7 days to 2 days in advance for advance reservations, and by the day before for reservations made 2 days prior.
Check-out
When checking out, please confirm the provided check-out manual and return accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact our company.
