About Shipping Fees
- Shipping fee is a flat rate of 2,000 yen.
- Depending on your order contents, delivery and installation fees may be charged separately from shipping fees.
About Returns
- Before your move-out date, please take photos of the rented items and send them to our company email.
- You can leave the room with the items still in place.
