Purchase of cardboard boxes for return of rental items
Please ask for “cardboard boxes for return of rental items”. We will send you an invoice for the size of the cardboard boxes used for the delivery. After confirming your payment, we will deliver the cardboard boxes to your room.

You do not need to prepare an invoice. (We will enclose a slip for cash-on-delivery when we deliver your order.)
*Please enter the address of the property you occupied in the “Client” column.

2. Pack rental items and accessories in cardboard boxes.

Please close the cardboard box containing the merchandise tightly with duct tape, etc. (Please prepare the packing tape by yourself.)
*Please also check if you forgot to include any accessories or personal belongings.

3. Send it back.

Request a pickup from Yamato Transport by yourself (call to request a pickup from your cell phone: 0570-200-000)

Yamato Transport’s pickup time is 8:00-13:00 in the morning, and the time cannot be specified, so we recommend that customers in a hurry return the items at a convenience store.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: It does not cost. We enclose a payment-on-delivery slip with your delivery. We also include a return address, so all you need to do is put the rental items in the cardboard box and affix the invoice.

A: Please use the cardboard boxes and cushioning material used at the time of delivery. If you have disposed of the cardboard boxes that were used for delivery, please prepare appropriate cardboard boxes by yourself or purchase our “cardboard boxes for returning rental items”. In order to prevent breakage or damage, please do not, in principle, return the rental items in plastic or paper bags. In the event of damage to the rental items, you may be charged an additional fee.

A:退去日当日までにお手元から離れればOKです。退去日=必着日ではありません。鍵をお貸出ししていた場合、鍵は「レンタル商品返却用ダンボール」に入れずに別々でお送りください。ご退去後3日経っても弊社指定倉庫へ返送されない場合、ご連絡させていただきます。

着払いでお送りいただいて構いません。 2枚目の送り状をお客様ご自身でご用意いただき、指定の住所をご記入ください。

A:弊社の自社便で回収いたします。その際出張料の◯◯◯円をご請求させていただきます。お手数ですが、弊社(03-5759-5974)までご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。また、ご返送いただけず、お部屋に商品が置いたままの場合も、同様に出張料を頂戴いたします。

A:弊社サイト内で「搬入設置料」と書かれた商品は、お部屋に置いたままで構いません。 また、「搬入設置料」と「宅配便」の商品を一緒にお申込みいただいたお客様も、お部屋に置いたままで構いません。

A:セブンイレブン、ファミリーマートから返送できます。

A:ご入居いただいた物件の住所をご記入ください。
