How to use the rental option

Please call or e-mail us with the product(s) you require. When inquiring, please tell us the product number or name.

Please transfer the funds to our designated account by bank transfer.
*Credit card payment is also available.

Sagawa Express or our staff will deliver.
Shipping fee is a flat rate of 2,000 yen (tax included).

Please take a picture of the rental equipment you rented and send it to our email before your move-out date.
You may leave the items in your room and move out.

• For the return procedure, please take a picture of the rented rental equipment and send it to our e-mail before the move-out date.You may leave the room without leaving it.
• We recommend that you place your order in a single transaction.
• Please note that delivery may take a few days or may not be able to meet your request, depending on the availability of the product. Please understand in advance.
• If you wish to return the rental items before vacating the room, please return them to the location designated by us.
• If you wish to cancel your rental contract, please contact us at least one month prior to the cancellation date. A penalty fee will be charged for the cost from the cancellation date to the expiration date of the rental period. However, if the period exceeds one month prior to the termination date, the penalty fee will be limited to one month’s rent.
• Additional fees may be charged for stains, damage, or loss of rental items.
• The rental option is only available to customers who use our rooms.
