We will not accept applications from other customers until a specified date prior to the expiration date of the contract. You can always re-sign (extend) the contract. Please see above for the designated date and fee.

If you wish to re-sign (extend) the contract, please apply for re-signing before the designated date. Applications received after the designated date may not be accepted depending on availability.

Extended Warranty” is not available for some properties.

• You may apply for this option even during occupancy; however, you cannot apply for this option if you have a contract with the following customers
• This service is a one-time lump-sum payment per contract. The same applies to both new and renewed policies.

Category A: 13,000 JPY + business trip fee: 7,000 JPY = 20,000 JPY

＜Points of Attention＞

• Items not listed in the fee schedule cannot be removed.
• Some room furnishings may not be removed due to specifications.
• Please note that removal may not be possible prior to move-in due to availability of workers and vehicles.
• Please apply at least 7 days prior to the desired removal date.
• Removal time cannot be specified during occupancy.
• Re-loading during occupancy will incur additional charges. Re-occupancy may not be accepted in some cases.
• Prices shown include tax.
