Here are some options to make your monthly apartment more comfortable.
We offer service options to our room occupants. Options must be applied for additionally.
Additional Keys

We will issue duplicate keys upon request.
Normally, one set of keys will be provided per contract.
*This service is only available when two or more people move in together.
Extension Guarantee Service
(The next reservation is not accepted at least 7 days prior to the move-out date)
- Until the end date of the contract

Our contract extension guarantee service ensures you will be able to extend your contract should you wish to do so.
Please note this service is not available for some properties, and we reserve the right to refuse this service to those who are not upholding the terms of their current contract.
Please note the following:
- Guests may apply for this service before or during occupancy subject to availability
- Contract extension guarantee is a one-time service. Once it has been used, it must be re-purchased should you wish to guarantee future extension
Removal of furniture and appliances
- Category A
- 13,000JPY
TV (up to 32″), microwave, chair, desk, TV stand, low table, refrigerator (up to 90L), single mattress
- Category B
- 25,000JPY
Washing machine (vertical type only, up to 7 kg), 2-door refrigerator (up to 150 L), semi-double mattress, single bed, sofa, TV (40-inch or larger)
- Category C
- 35,000JPY

Example: In the case of removal of a 32-inch TV
Category A: 13,000 JPY + business trip fee: 7,000 JPY = 20,000 JPY
＜Points of Attention＞
- Items not listed in the fee schedule cannot be removed.
- Some room furnishings may not be removed due to specifications.
- Please note that removal may not be possible prior to move-in due to availability of workers and vehicles.
- Please apply at least 7 days prior to the desired removal date.
- Removal time cannot be specified during occupancy.
- Re-loading during occupancy will incur additional charges. Re-occupancy may not be accepted in some cases.
