Cleaning fee is required when tenant checks out. Please contact our professional staffs if there are any enquiries. If the property is damaged, no matter it is on purpose or not, renter is required to pay the repair fee for that. Please be cautious and careful.

The way to use World Potential Housing Agency Service and the procedure of it
After determining house
After determining house ①Please fill in the application form and wait for the examination by landlord.
Renter should write down his/her personal information with emergency contact in Japan and his/her home country on the application form.
【Necessary Identification】 Residence card / Passport
Background Check
“Background Check” means that landlords will judge the application form and decide whether applicants are able or not to rent the property. Therefore, please write in polite form and as detail as possible.The judgeing process costs about 1 week. Due to satability of job and annual income, your application may be rejected.
Important matter explanation and contract deposit
Please read the disclosure and lease wrote by professional architect carefully. After confirmation, please sign the lease.Please confirm that there are no any differences between disclosure and contract. Also, please confirm that there are no any uncertain and unclear.In addition, please pay all initial payment, for example, deposit, key money, initial rent, realtor’s fee, insurance, etc., after confirmation.
【Payment】Key money/Deposit/ Realtor’s fee /Initial rent/Related Insurance fee such as Fire Insurance
Necessary fee of signing lease is changing based on the different location or condition of housing. If there are any questions about it, please confirm or check it in advance.
Moving
You are suggested to go through the procedure of applying the supply of water, electricity, gas, internet service, etc., after moving immediately. Please make appointments at least 1 week before the moving.
In order to receive your package or mail, please go to the post office and go through the procedures of changing address.
The procedures are also able to go through on internet.
You are suggested to go to the bank and go through the procedures of changing address.
Check-out
