Important Notes When Moving In
Start with greetings to your neighbors
After moving in, don’t forget to greet your neighbors. Building good communication helps prevent troubles and brings peace of mind when everyone knows who lives around them. Say “Hello” when you meet someone in the hallway or stairs.
Garbage Disposal Rules
Garbage disposal rules are often complicated and can easily cause problems. The rules differ greatly depending on the area. Please check with your management company or local municipal office for details on collection days and methods.
Smoking Rules
Even if smoking is not prohibited on balconies, complaints from neighbors may occur. Please be considerate regarding smoke and proper disposal of cigarette butts.
Bicycle and Parking Rules
Some properties require residents to place designated stickers on bicycles to prevent abandoned bikes. Please confirm the rules with your management company.
If You Lose Your Key
If you lose your key, please contact Customer Support (03-5759-5974) during business hours (10:00–17:00). Rental key service (3,300 yen) and on-site service (5,000 yen) are available. If the key is not found within one week, key replacement will cost from 33,000 yen (tax included).
